Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the practical stuff — what RideReady does, who it’s for, how sync works, and what the free versus Pro versions include.

Is RideReady just another checklist app?

No. RideReady is built specifically for cycling ride prep. Instead of rebuilding the same list before every ride, you create reusable setups for the way you actually ride — road, gravel, trainer, race day, travel, or a quick spin from home.

Why not just use Notes or Reminders?

Because ride prep is more than a list. RideReady helps you move through your setup quickly, see your progress as you go, and reuse different setups for different kinds of rides. Notes can store gear ideas. RideReady is built for the pre-ride routine itself.

What kinds of rides is RideReady for?

RideReady works for road rides, gravel rides, indoor trainer sessions, race day, travel, and everyday spins from home. If your gear changes depending on the ride, RideReady helps keep that routine dialed.

Does RideReady work offline?

Yes. RideReady works offline, so your ride setups and checklists are available whenever you need them.

Does RideReady sync across devices?

Yes — if you enable iCloud sync. Your data syncs privately through your own iCloud account.

Do I need to create an account?

No. There’s no signup, no login, and no email required.

Is RideReady free?

Yes. RideReady is free to download and includes two ride setups to get started.

What does RideReady Pro unlock?

RideReady Pro unlocks unlimited ride setups, so you can create a setup for every bike, route, ride type, and routine. It also includes future premium features in a one-time purchase.

Does RideReady collect personal data?

No personal data is collected. Your ride templates, checklist items, categories, and ride history stay on your device or in your private iCloud account if sync is enabled. RideReady does use anonymous analytics and crash reporting to improve app quality.
